Automobilista 2: V1.2.2.0 mit Porsche RSR 3.0, neuen Strecken und Verbesserungen

Von Reiza Studios gibt es zum Ende des Monats Juli ein großes Update für Automobilista 2; die Version 1.2.2.0 bringt dabei neue Spielinhalte, Features und Dutzende an Überarbeitungen und Korrekturen

(MST/Speedmaniacs.de) - Am letzten Tag des Monats Juli 2021 hat Reiza Studios am späten Nachmittag ein neues großes Update für seine PC-Rennsimulation veröffentlicht. Mit der nun aktuellen Version 1.2.2.0 von Automobilista 2 erhalten die Spieler kostenlos neue Spielinhalte wie den Porsche RSR 3.0 (1974), den aus dem Vorgänger bekannten und nun für AMS2 umgesetzten Salvador Street Circuit und zusätzliche Streckenvarianten für Cascais und Interlagos.

Das Update enthält außerdem eine Reihe von Korrekturen und Verbesserungen, darunter die Möglichkeit mehrere Controller-Profile zu erstellen, die Deaktivierung von Kollisionen während Einführungsrunden und bei rollenden Starts und bei Nutzung eines Gamepads oder digitalen Controllers die Möglichkeit den Bereich in dem die Lenkung reagieren soll zu begrenzen.

Wer sich ausführlicher mit dem Änderungsprotokoll befasst, erkennt auf den ersten Blick, dass das Entwicklerteam auch in vielen anderen Bereichen, wie der Benutzeroberfläche und HUD, Physik und AI eine ganze Reihe an Unzulänglichkeiten behoben und ÜBerarbeitungen vorgenommen hat. Wie gewöhnlich gilt dies natürlich auch für Fahrzeuge und Strecken. Alle Änderungen können mit der offiziellen Zusammenfassung nachvollzogen werden. -Added support for 6 User control sets per profile. Slots can be renamed. (known issues: reset to defaults does not reset name, controller type (wheel/gamepad) is not retained with saved set)

-Added custom Steering Lock setting when user is running with a gamepad or digital controller for less sensitive steering than regular default steering lock
