Patch für RACE 07, GTR Evolution und STCC - The Game

(MST/Speedmaniacs.de) - Nicht ganz ein Jahr nach der letzten Aktualisierung von RACE 07, verteilt Entwickler SimBin jetzt über Steam einen neuen Patch für die Ende September 2007 veröffentlichte Rennsimulation.

Für RACE 07 und die Add-Ons GTR Evolution und STCC - The Game ist ein Update verfügbar

Das Update, welches nach Neustart des Steam-Clients automatisch heruntergeladen wird, umfasst dabei rund zwei Dutzend Änderungen und Fehlerbehebungen. Darunter allgemeine Verbesserungen aber auch fahrzeugspezifische Korrekturen wie die geänderte Benzintankkapazität beim STCC Alfa Romeo 156 and BMW320si.#w1#

Einen vollständigen Überblick über die Änderungen des aktuellen Patches gibt die nachstehende Übersicht. Auf Anfrage von 'SPEEDMANIACS.COM' bestätigte SimBin ferner, dass für die "Offline-Version", die zuletzt im November 2007 aktualisiert wurde, in Zukunft ebenfalls ein Update geplant ist. Einen konkreten Termin hierfür gibt es jedoch nicht.

Änderungen RACE 07-Patch V1.2.0.1:
-Added possibility to run several championships at the same time
-Moved user data folder to My Documents for Vista and non administrator support
-Updated mounting of expansion packs. Now one or more expansions can be uninstalled independently of each other
-New button layout for track category and model select
-New scroll boxes for car setup filters
-New layout of credits page
-Maximum FOV is now 150 instead of 120
-Changed upper limit of opponent skill to 110%
-New infoscreen in main menu
-Mouse over server information in lobby
-AI uses headlights in rainy weather
-Updated draw distance for most tracks
