RIDE: Besondere Features der Deluxe-Edition vorgestellt

(MST/Speedmaniacs.de) - wei Wochen vor dem Release von Milestones neuem Motorrad-Rennspiel RIDE wurde nun die Digital Deluxe Edition angekündigt die exklusiv über Steam auf dem digitalen Vertriebsweg für PC-Gamer erhältlich sein wird.

Von der herkömmlichen Spielversion unterscheidet sich die bereits vorbestellbare Deluxe-Edition durch einige Extras. Fans von Motorrädern erhalten damit neben dem Game auch den Dokumentarfilm "Why We Ride" der einen Einblick in die Leidenschaft für das Motorradfahren und das besondere Gemeinschaftsgefühl gibt, ein englischsprachiges Making Of-Booklet das die Enstehung von der Idee bis zum finalen Spiel begleitet, den 17 Titel umfassenden RIDE-Soundtrack im MP3-Format und den Saisonpass.

Der RIDE-Saisonpass umfasst alle vier Add-ons und damit über 15 weitere Bikes deren Baujahr zwischen 1998 und 2015 liegt ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Der Preis der Digital Deluxe Edition ist derzeit noch offen, sodass sich noch nicht abschätzen lässt wie attraktiv das Angebot im Vergleich mit der Normalversion und einem möglicherweise geplanten Erwerb des Saisonpasses oder einzelnen Spielerweiterungen aus preislicher Sicht ist.

RIDE - Übersicht der Inhalte der Digital Deluxe Edition:
-"Why We Ride" (2014) directed by Brian H. Carroll, with Kenny Roberts, Ten Simon, Mert Lawwill, Troy Lee and Melisa Paris. This documentary film captures the passion of motorcycle riding, and shows the camaraderie of friends and families who ride together. As told by many racers, riders, and pioneers of the sport, and their relatives, the story weaves its way through generations of motorcyclists who live each day to the fullest on their bikes.

-Season Pass: The RIDE Season Pass gives you access to all four add-on packs for the game, including the two that have already been announced and two that will be revealed shortly, allowing you to race on more than 15 additional bike models manufactured between 1998 and 2015.

-Making-Of Booklet (English Only): This book takes you behind the scenes of producing the RIDE videogame, explaining how, from conception to realization, Milestone created its first ever proprietary IP. The book covers a range of topics, from the creation of the tracks to bike and rider customisation, and from the history of each of the 14 manufacturers to the development of the game physics.
